Job Description

Australind Tourist Park is seeking a motivated and energetic management couple to be responsible for the daily operations of our medium sized Tourist Park and Motel accommodation.   

Together you must have exceptional approach to customer service and quality management, high level people skills and versatile maintenance/handyman skills.  Industry experience is well regarded but not essential.

Our park set on 6 acres is nearing completion of significant development works which will now consist of:

115 x Serviced Accommodation (motels, chalets, cabins)
22 x Tourist Powered Sites
60 x Residential Sites

The management team is responsible to uphold our excellent OTA ratings and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. 

Our office is open 8am to 6pm 7 days per week with some after hours calls. 

The managers must be prepared to live onsite and take full responsibility for all aspects of daily park operations while the owner oversees development initiatives. 

2BR accommodation is provided as the role includes weekends, public holidays and on call evenings.  Pets may be acceptable upon agreement.

Job Requirements

CUSTOMER SERVICE – Exceptional customer service and public relations applied to a variety of guests and residents

LEADERSHIP – of a quality crew of 1 permanent and 6 part time/casual staff and various contractors

BUILDINGS & GROUNDS – Maintain and continuously improve all aspects of the park including motel, cabins, ablutions, grounds, onsite water treatment plant and more.  

MANAGEMENT – daily running of office and maintenance programs, housekeeping quality/cost standards, rental management agreements, staff leadership, compliance management, work health and safety and reporting to owner as required.   Drivers licence essential and police clearance will be required upon recruitment.  Experience with RMS is preferred but not essential.
