Job Description

Tasman Tourism owns and operates 17-holiday parks throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for park managers to manage our holiday park at Serpentine WA. Serpentine Falls Park Home and Tourist Village is a getaway just 50 minutes out of Perth city and is nestled amongst the picturesque Darling Ranges.

The core responsibilities of the Park Management team include:

  • engaging and managing staff;
  • delivering a high level of customer service;
  • managing all areas of park operations to ensure grounds and facilities are presented and maintained to best practice quality standards;
  • repairs and maintenance;
  • oversee minor capital works;
  • home sales;
  • financial management (budgets & planning);
  • waste & environmental management; 

Job Requirements

The ideal couple will have previous experience managing holiday parks, and be able to demonstrate their experience with the following: 

  • Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Holiday Parks
  • Operational and project management skills
  • Experience using Newbook or similar booking software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices
  • Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives.
  • A Bobcat licence would be preferred but not essential.
