We have an exciting opening for a motivated and energetic couple to manage the team in the day-to-day running of the two locations. This is a full time, live-on-site position based in Daylesford with Lakes and Craters Holiday Park managed remotely. In leading our team you will manage the day to day operations of both busy tourist parks. This is a unique opportunity for the right couple to lead an energetic, dedicated team and build the profile of two idyllic locations. We need a couple who will enjoy working and living on site, build on our properties’ friendly and welcoming reputation, develop staff and provide strong, fair and motivational leadership. Applicants must be flexible with working hours as you will be required to work weekends, school holidays and nights. Previous experience managing a motel or caravan park would be beneficial but not essential. Duties will include: Outstanding customer service Front office reception including check-ins and check-outs Email and phone enquiries and reservations Some cleaning and housekeeping Previous front office experience including a good knowledge of the RMS reservation system is required.
