Executive Parks Management is seeking an Assistant Park Manager for their Holiday Park located in the beautiful Brunswick Heads. Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all staff provide exceptional customer service Ensure all guest requests and enquiries are efficiently handled Reservations via phone, email or face to face. Participate in training and development programs to enhance one's skills and capabilities. Strong product knowledge to better assist our customers Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure policies and procedures are followed Handling of monies, end of day balancing, end of week reconciling and reporting. Provide support to the Park Managers Process invoices and obtain quotes Execute School Holiday Activities Given the nature of our business and care for customers an on-call roster will form part of the job requirements while the Onsite Managers are away The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management or other related industries Excellent leadership and customer service skills A flexible attitude to work, and work hours (occasionally including weekends and after hours) Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge and understanding of WHS responsibilities Ability to multi-task, work in a team and unsupervised Experience using Newbook (or similar) reservation system is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office Senior First Aid & CPR Certificates Police Check Working With Children Check Exceptional personal presentation and grooming Working alongside the Park Management Team, this role will see you help manage the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the Holiday Park and it’s Front Office and Reservations. You will learn the entire parks operation and act as the onsite Manager for no more than 6 weeks per year. We are open 7 days a week, from 8am – 6pm (Winter) and 8am – 7pm (Summer) so the successful applicant will be required to be available to occasionally work weekends, public holidays and throughout School holiday periods. This is a Salary position for a minimum of 38 hours per week.
