Job Description

We are currently seeking a contractor team to manage RAC Cervantes Holiday Park.

RAC Cervantes is located 200kms north of Perth, Western Australia. The Holiday Park is situated along the beautiful Coral Coast and is the ideal location for exploring the world-famous Pinnacles limestone formations at the Nambung National Park and is the perfect location for windsurfing, fishing and swimming. We offer competitive contract terms and ongoing support from our Operations staff who will induct you to our company and methodologies. We also provide continued support and guidance for our managers in such areas as marketing, IT, caravan park legislation and workplace health and safety.

A 2-bedroom residence is available at subsidised rent.

Job Requirements

The successful park management team will be responsible for undertaking all day-to-day operations of the holiday park in accordance with a management agreement.

These core responsibilities of the park management team include:

  • engaging and managing staff
  • front office / reception / back office duties
  • food & beverage
  • housekeeping
  • grounds maintenance
  • repairs and maintenance
  • financial management (budgets & planning)
  • waste & environmental management
  • local marketing and guest experience; and
  • other tasks as required.

Successful management teams will have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park and resort environment and who can drive profitability and business efficiency by analysing budgets, managing costs and overheads and building on the customer service experience of our guests.
