Job Description

Reflections Holiday Parks has 37 properties across regional New South Wales. We are seeking applications from experienced relief Manager or Management Team for a short term relief contract at Nambucca Heads, NSW. The relief Manager(s) will need to be available to commence late March 2021.

Reflections are seeking applications from experienced Park Management team\couple for the day to day operations of Nambucca Heads Holiday Park. Your core responsibilities include customer service, facilities management as well as ensuring the safety and security of employees and park visitors, through the implementation of our COVID Safe Plan.

Job Requirements

Applicants must have the following to be considered:

  • Experience managing a holiday park including roofed accommodation
  • Managing guest bookings in a reservation management system (NewBook preferably)
  • Office administration experience
  • Grounds and facilities maintenance
  • Available to commence March 2021

The preferred engagement is through an independent contractor arrangement. If this is not suitable then Reflections will consider a salaried arrangement on a fixed term tenure.

  • Contract Rate per week– note onsite manager accommodation will be provided.
  • Booking and other park systems experience

    • Myosh or other incident reporting systems
  • Confirm Insurance Coverage – workers compensation, public liability $10M minimum, motor vehicle
  • Provide two recent references to confirm your Relief Park Management experience

Reflections will provide the relief manager with onsite training and induction to Reflections systems and processes as well as induction to the COVID-19 Safe Plan for our park operations.
