We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple to take on the Management position at a great location in Coastal Victoria. Successful candidates will be bright, bubbly and technically competent and above all willing to learn. Previous experience is desirable but not necessary to apply. Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant transferable skills and an ability to learn quickly.

Job Requirements

Common Duties

  • General grounds maintenance and repairs
  • Manage risks (WH&S)
  • Support cleaning staff
  • General Front Office duties
  • Online sales and marketing management
  • Selling tours and promoting local activities

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated good general maintenance and handyman abilities. A trade certificate would be desirable but is not essential.
  • RMS9 experience desirable or strong computer skills
  • A focus on providing excellent customer service, at all times
  • Flexible attitude to work, and work hours
  • Effective problem solving
  • Understanding of WH&S responsibilities
  • Prepared to work with head Office and Owners to achieve success
  • Be innovative in ideas to grow business?

To apply for this job, you must;

  • Be prepared to live on site in the 2-bedroom accommodation provided (sorry no pets)
  • Be prepared to be on call (3 nights on 4 nights off rotating)
  • Possess great communication and organizational skills
  • Be confident and be able to work unsupervised
  • Have previous experience leading a team
  • Possess strong communication and computer skills
  • Must be able to start by the End of January 2021. 

The Managers will report to the Head Office and Owner.
