Reflections Holiday Parks are seeking applications from a new or experienced Park Management team for the day-to-day operations of our park at Nambucca Heads for an inital 12 Month Relief Contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Management team to gain experience in holiday park management with a leading Provider with excellent training an support. Reflections operate 37 Holiday Parks, reserves and boutique accommodation on Crown Land throughout the State of New South Wales. Reflections’ Mission is to transform our traditional caravan and camping parks into the most desirable destinations that exceed the recreational and accommodation needs of visitors from Australia and overseas. Reflections Holiday Parks are seeking a contractor team to manage our holiday park at Nambucca Heads. Managers and their team are required to undertake all day-to-day operations of the holiday park in accordance with the Park Management Agreement. These core operational responsibilities include:

Whilst the Holiday Park industry experience is well regarded, it is not always essential. Where applicants
demonstrate the following, they will likely be competitive:

All of our parks operate on Crown Land, and the Principal is responsible for effective management of
these assets. The Tender process allows the Principal to obtain the best park management services,
in a competitive manner. In summary, the process for applicants is as follows:

Once the submission is received, the panel will make an assessment of your submission. The Panel will shortlist applicants based on an assessment of the written submission.
