Job Description

Our current Managers of 2 years are about to hit the road!

Our new team members are required to commence work by late October 2021 at the latest - Minimum 3 Month Commitment. 

About the Location:

We are located in Central Queensland, on the second largest Lake in Qld.

Only 4 hours to the Coast - Gladstone or Yeppoon!

About the Holiday Village:

We have 27 Cabins / Villas 

190+ Powered sites 

3 Amenities, 2 Camp Kitchens

Pool & Slide 

Licensed Bar & Café on site. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high levels of customer service to all guests and residents
  • Conducting weekly inspections of the site ensuring cleaning and maintenance is kept to a high standard.
  • Attend to emergency situations when required (Out of hours as well)
  • Maximising revenue opportunities

Job Requirements

What we need from you:

With a background in tourism, maintenance or management you should be passionate about the tourism industry and be able to demonstrate your experience with the following: 

  • Experience in maintenance / customer service, preferably Tourist/Caravan Parks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Administrative and computer skills.

You must have or be willing to obtain: 

QLD - RSA

This is a mentally and physically demanding role, you need to be physically fit. 

Renumeration

Dependant on Experience
